Nigerian crossdresser and influencer, Bobrisky, has sparked a fresh wave of controversy following a 12-hour ultimatum issued by prominent lawyer Femi Falana (SAN) and his son, Folarin Falana, also known as Falz.
The legal demand came after allegations that Bobrisky had paid them to secure a presidential pardon.
This controversy stems from a recent audio recording released by popular social media commentator VeryDarkMan, in which Bobrisky was accused of paying ₦10 million for the pardon.

Responding on her Instagram stories, he denied the accusations, stating clearly that, “I didn’t pay them any penny.” She further emphasized that the individual responsible for releasing the audio, VeryDarkMan, should be the one to address the allegations.
Bobrisky’s latest response, however, seems to have shifted the attention away from the legal battle and towards those criticizing her.
In a video posted after the allegations surfaced, Bob as he’s also called fiercely defended herself, saying, “Carry your negativity off my page. I am not the only celebrity in Nigeria!” She added in Igbo, urging her critics to leave her alone, further intensifying the conversation around her online persona.
Many observers have voiced their opinions, particularly those who feel that Bobrisky’s behavior should have landed her behind bars in a functioning legal system.
The revelation in the audio, where it was heard that Bobrisky might have a “godfather” protecting her, only fueled the debate.In her latest video, Bobrisky dismissed the ongoing attacks, reiterating her stance on the accusations.
Despite the mounting pressure, she appears unfazed, doubling down on her claim of innocence regarding the alleged payment to the Falanas.
