Reality TV star Liquorose has finally addressed the ongoing speculations about her relationship with fellow ex-BBNaija housemate, Saga.
At a recent event, Liquorose cleared the air, firmly dismissing any romantic involvement with Saga. She described their bond as one rooted in deep friendship and playful banter, emphasizing that dating him was never on the table.
“People ask me why I don’t date Saga, and I’m like, have you seen us? That’s my gossip partner!” she remarked with a laugh.
“Once I leave here, I’m texting Saga and we’re going to laugh about this.”Liquorose explained that while Saga is undeniably attractive, their friendship has grown beyond the realm of romance.

“I can’t date Saga. I can’t marry Saga. Not because he’s not attractive, but because we’ve gone beyond that,” she said. “Saga is a very special person to me—he’s a friend, a brother, my partner in crime, 100%.”
Rumors of a romantic relationship between the two had been fueled by a series of skits and video content where they were portrayed as a couple. Their increasing closeness and on-screen chemistry sparked curiosity among fans, with many assuming that there might be something more behind the scenes.
Liquorose (Roseline Afije), a professional dancer and Okusaga Adeola “Saga” both appeared on the popular Big Brother Naija reality TV show.
