Big Brother Naija is back for its 10th season, and it’s set to premiere with a bang on July 26 and 27, 2025. Organizers have announced a whopping ₦150 million grand prize for the winner—the biggest since the show began in 2006.
This exciting update was shared at a press briefing, where the team behind the show revealed that Season 10 will come with a brand-new format, offering fans even more drama, suspense, and entertainment than ever before.

The new edition promises a shift from last year’s “No Loose Guard” theme and aims to deliver fresh, engaging content throughout the season.
Physical auditions for the show were conducted from May 16 to 18, and viewers can expect an immersive experience that includes interactive voting systems, live updates, and opportunities for fans to influence outcomes such as challenges and evictions.
Popular media personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu will return as the host, continuing his iconic role at the helm of the BBNaija franchise.
The season will kick off with a double launch on July 26 and 27 and will air on Africa Magic Showcase and Africa Magic Family, available on DStv Channel 198 and GOtv Channel 49.
For online viewers, streaming will also be available via Showmax. The official X (formerly Twitter) handle of the show teased fans with the message:
“We all know Biggie has been serving drama, twists, and iconic moments for nine spicy years. Now #BBNaija Season 10 is HERE, and it’s outdoing everything you’ve seen. Certified reality drama. No zero. No minus. Double launch: July 26 & 27. Africa Magic Showcase & Family.”
With a decade of captivating audiences across Nigeria and beyond, Big Brother Naija continues to solidify its place as the country’s leading reality television program, blending competition, entertainment, and real-life drama in ways that keep fans glued to their screens.
As anticipation builds, fans are encouraged to gear up for another unforgettable season—because when Biggie speaks, Africa listens.
