Chelsea has shown their desire to lift the 2024/25 Premier League title as they continue in their impressive form. The Blues travelled to face their London rival Tottenham and they put out an impressive game.
Cole Palmer stole the show in the game as his ice-cool ‘Panenka’ penalty sealed their stunning comeback from two goals down. Tottenham started the game with high hopes as their went up with goals advantage in less than 15 minutes of play.
Former Manchester United player Jadon Sancho opened the scoring for Chelsea before Enzo Fernandez leveled the scores. Cole Palmer scored two spot-kicks to shatter the hopes of the home side.
Tottenham however was able to put one more through but Chelsea was already in charge as they won the game 4-3. Chelsea’s win moves them to just four points behind Premier League leaders Liverpool.
Spurs on the hand sits 11th on the table. The question people are asking now is Chelsea a major contender for the league now? To answer that question is not far fetched as they have showned their zeal through their commitment.
