Following Chelsea’s success in the Uefa Conferance the Nigerian Football Federation has requested for the service of Chelsea star Tosin Adarabioyo. The defender who has caught the eyes of many is sorted by Nigeria. Nigeria is in dear need of a center back with expirence and the player seems to fit in their expectations. He was born in the UK to Nigerian parent which means he can represnet Nigeria.
So far, he has only represented England in the Under 16,17,18, and 19 level and Nigeria is looking to cap him before England gives him an international call up. In a conference meeeting the player however said Nigeria is yet to call him or make their intemtions known to him. Tosin has got all the expirence as he came from Manchester City Youth team before joing Ajax.
Tosin Adarabioyo has also played for played Blackburn Rovers and Fulham. He joined Chelsea two seasons ago from Fulham, and he has so far won the Uefa Conference League with Chelsea. In his time at Chelsea as defender, he has played over 22 games and his impact in the game is very noticed which is why Nigerians are calling him to play for them.
Many have argued that Nigeria is the best place for the player because he will no competion. The two center backs currently in the Super Eagles are William Trosst Ekong and Smmy Ajayi of which both are already getting old. Should him come now he wil be the key lead in the defence line with his expierence.
