Nigerian media personality, Radiogad, has alleged that award-winning singer Davido threatened him over his criticism of the artist’s upcoming album.
Radiogad had earlier taken to Instagram to share his opinion after listening to a snippet of Davido’s yet-to-be-released project. Expressing his displeasure, he advised the singer to quit music and pursue tailoring instead, stating that the album was subpar.
Following his remarks, Radiogad claimed that Davido stormed his direct messages, issuing threats against him and his family. He leaked a chat where the singer allegedly warned him to keep his name out of his mouth and platform.
According to Radiogad, Davido vowed to deal with him if he repeated such comments.

The revelation has sparked mixed reactions among fans. While some supporters of Davido have lashed out at Radiogad, accusing him of chasing clout, others criticized the singer for taking such an approach.
Many described Davido’s response as immature, arguing that as a global superstar, he should not engage in personal feuds over criticism.
However, in a twist to the event, Radiogad has made a tweet stating it’s a publicity stunt to get the singer’s attention.
