Elanga Stun United with Solo Goal

Former Manchester United forward Anthony Elanga scored a four minute solo to hand his side Nottingham Forest lead ahead of Man United. The Swedish international scored the to help his side moved closer to realising their Champions League dream.

The winger, who joined Manchester United as a 12-year-old, sprinted 70 yards before finishing into the bottom corner. His game goal came in the fourth minute of the game and the home team was able to defend their lead till the end.

Anthony Elanga joined Nottingham Forest from United for £15m in 2023, in search of regular football. Lucky for the player he has been excellent since joining the side. Manchester United were in control of the game but could not get a goal.

Second half substitute Harry Maguire almost got the equalizer but Murillo said no with a dramatic goalline clearance in the final seconds. Forest remain third in the Premier League with an eight-point lead over fourth-placed Chelsea, who host Tottenham on Thursday.
