Nigerian Professional Football club side Enyimba has completed the signing of former Super Eagles and West Bromwich Albion star Brown Ideye. The club announced the signing of the player to say that he is likely to feature in their next game.
Brown Ideye was formerly training with Rivers United but was not offered a contract by the club. The striker started training with Enyimba last month and was given a contract so, he will now spend the remainder of the season with them.
The nine-time Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions wrote on their site saying: “We are delighted to officially announce the addition of former Super Eagles Striker, Brown Ideye to our fold.”
The statement also reads: “We are expectant of the experience and professionalism he will add to our game and quest in our remaining games this season, especially under the New Gaffer.”
