A male escort, Daniel Phillip, testified in a Manhattan federal court on Monday that music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs paid him thousands of dollars to have sex with singer Cassie Ventura while Combs watched and masturbated.
The shocking revelation is part of an ongoing sex trafficking case against Combs. According to Phillip, Combs, 55, frequently orchestrated these encounters over several years, sometimes lasting up to 10 hours and held at upscale locations including the Gramercy Park Hotel and the Jumeirah Essex House.
Payments reportedly reached as high as $6,000 per session.“He would just tell us to put more [baby oil] on,” Phillip testified, recalling Combs directing them during the acts.“Y’all need to rub more baby oil on each other. You don’t have enough on.”
The first encounter allegedly occurred in 2012. Phillip said Combs wore a white robe, baseball cap, and a bandana covering half his face, watching from the corner of the room as Phillip and Ventura had sex.
Ventura reportedly handed Phillip several thousand dollars upfront, assuring him that Combs wouldn’t touch him.
“She told me that her husband wasn’t gay and that I didn’t have to worry about anything,” Phillip said.

Phillip also claimed that Combs often gave specific instructions during these sessions, once encouraging the pair to role-play as if they’d just met at an airport.
“We were not very good at that at all, so I think we skipped past that one very quickly,” he said. In a disturbing addition to the testimony, Phillip alleged that Ventura once asked him to urinate on her, an act that Combs watched while pleasuring himself.
“Apparently I was doing it wrong because they both stopped me and told me I was supposed to let a little out and not take a leak on her,” he added.
The escort recounted more disturbing behavior, including incidents of domestic violence. In one instance, he claimed to have witnessed Combs throw a liquor bottle at Ventura and drag her by the hair into a bedroom, where he allegedly assaulted her.
“She was yelling, she was screaming,” Phillip recalled. “I could hear what sounded like him slapping her.”Despite recognizing the danger, Phillip said he never reported it to police, fearing for his safety.
“This was someone with unlimited power,” he told the court. “Even if I did go to the police, I still might be losing my life.”
Combs has denied all allegations, but the testimonies continue to raise serious concerns about abuse and misconduct within his inner circle.
