Renowned American rapper Cardi B, born Belcalis Marlenis Cephus, has affirmed her identity as a God-fearing woman in a spirited defense on X (formerly Twitter).
Responding to a follower questioning whether she saw herself as perfect, the Grammy-winning artist confidently outlined her qualities.
Cardi B wrote, “…I AM pretty face, pretty frame, little feet, rich, and God-fearing.”This declaration comes amidst growing criticism, which Cardi believes is fueled by people misinterpreting her words.
She took to TikTok Live to elaborate on societal dynamics, specifically discussing how men are inclined to date women they perceive as less intimidating.
The rapper suggested that men sometimes opt for women they consider a “6” because such women are seen as more submissive. While her commentary sparked controversy, Cardi maintains that her views were taken out of context.
