Kai Harverts’ Goal Help Arsenal Close-up Liverpool Gap

Arsenal continued in their winning way as they beat Premier League new arrivals Ipswich thanks to Kai Havertz first half-half goal. The goal earned Arsenal a hard-fought 1-0 win against struggling Ipswich. The win has now close them up to leaders Liverpool.

Arsenal is now in the second-place position and six points behind them even though still have a game at hand. The Gunners took advantage of Chelsea’s home defeat to Fulham at Stamford Bridge as they secured the victory which helped them to overthrow Chelsea.

After continuous pressing from the home team Arsenal, they were eventually rewarded in the 23rd minute of the game. Former Chelsea and Bayern Leverkusen player Kai Havertz tapped home Leandro Trossard cross to give them the lead.

Some minutes later Gabriel Jesus doubled the lead but it was ruled out for offside. The one goal was enough to give Arsenal the needed victory they sort for, up-next they will face Brentford who played out a goalless draw with Brighton.
