Kim Kardashian has revealed the workout regimen that helps her maintain her striking figure at 44.
The reality star explained that she dedicates about an hour and a half each day to fitness, with her routine largely centered on strength training, complemented by pilates and light cardio.
“I’m a big weightlifter, so I do lots of weights,” Kardashian said in a recent interview. “I’ve had some back issues, so I’ve had to readjust some of my workouts, but I have to do lower body in order to stay toned. I do a few days of upper body.”

Kardashian shared that she typically focuses on one body part per session. “I do an hour and a half a day with weights and stretching, and a little bit of cardio. I love pilates … I find when I don’t incorporate pilates at least once a week, I can feel it in my back. I definitely need that lengthening and stretching.”
The mother of four admitted she prefers morning workouts but sometimes gets distracted by her phone during sessions, much to her trainer’s frustration. To keep her energy levels high, she listens to Justin Bieber while exercising, though she avoids dance workouts or hot yoga.
“I did [hot yoga] once and I fell asleep,” she joked. “Just with the mood, and you lay down and close your eyes. I can fall asleep anywhere, so put me in the position to fall asleep, and I will.”
Despite the challenges, Kardashian sees working out as more than just physical training — it’s a mental and emotional reset. “I love to work out — it’s my therapy,” she added.
Her disciplined approach to fitness, mixing strength, flexibility, and mental well-being, continues to keep her in enviable shape and shows no signs of slowing down.
