A Zambian man has reportedly divorced his wife after a controversial moment with global music star Chris Brown during a meet-and-greet session.
The incident occurred after a recent concert at FNB Stadium, where the singer kissed the woman on the cheek while posing for a picture.
The story emerged on X, formerly known as Twitter, with details revealing that the 42-year-old man, identified as Mr. Banda, ended his marriage to his 34-year-old wife over what he perceived as a lack of respect.
A viral post stated:“LUSAKA man, 42, has sued his wife, 34, for divorce in court over a picture she took with Chris Brown kissing her cheek during a ‘meet and greet’ session after the just-ended concert at FNB Stadium.”
When contacted by a Zambian Post reporter, Mr. Banda reportedly expressed his disapproval, saying, “My wife lacks respect, and it is better we go our separate ways.”
