Manchester City Escaped Shocking League One Side Defeat

Manchester City came from behind to beat Leyton Orient as they advanced in to the 4th round of the English FA Cup. The host took the lead in the 16th minute of the game after midfielder Jamie Donley’s shot was deflected by City goalie Stefan Ortega.

The shot was a 50 yards shot and it deflected on City keeper to give the League One side the lead. They headed into the half-time break with the lead but the visitors came back strong. Rico Lewis’ shot deflected in off new signing Abdoukodir Khusanov to restore the score line to 1-1 in the 56th minute of the game.

Manchester City substitute Kevin de Bruyne finished the come back as he became a super sub. The Belgian international scored from a close range 12 minutes in the equalizer. Premier League defending champions has now joined Manchester United and Millwall in the fourth round.

While Manchester United beat Leicester City 2-1, Millwall beat Leeds United 2-0 to make it to the fourth round of the competition.
