The Lagos State Government responded by ordering a full autopsy and police inquiry. According to preliminary findings from the autopsy carried out by pathologists, the cause of death may have been a fatal anaphylactic shock — a severe allergic reaction — or drug-related complications.
However, official confirmation remains pending, and the public continues to await a comprehensive report.
