Delta State comedian and Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on New Media to the Governor, Mr. Jollof, recently cut short his planned three-week trip to the United Kingdom.
He cited extreme cold weather as the reason for his early departure. Initially intending to spend 21 days abroad, Mr. Jollof returned home after just two weeks.
In a video shared on social media, he expressed his discomfort with the cold and his eagerness to return to his hometown in Delta State, Nigeria.
“Deltans, you know I love you so much. I can’t stand this weather anymore. So, I am going back to Delta State to serve. I can’t spend three weeks; two weeks is enough,” Mr. Jollof explained humorously.

Known for his vibrant personality and sharp wit, Mr. Jollof—born Freedom Okpetoritse Atsepoyi—has carved a niche for himself as both an entertainer and a political appointee.
