In a world where different Non Governmental Organizations (NGO’s) and Government Agencies around the world are spending fortunes on ensuring the protection of the Girl child, it is worthy of commendation when one see a Girl Child doing everything in her capacity to stand out and be an Inspiration to other girls.
This is exactly why Mabel Omodolapo Malomo, a young Author has taken it upon herself to put her thoughts into writing by sharing the thought provoking ideas in her Special Diary to motivate and inspire millions of other young girls on the need to appreciate their potential and look forward to the future with enthusiasm and determination to not just grow up to becoming a woman, but, a woman of purpose.

Mabel Omodolapo Malomo, a vibrant and curious Ten year old author with deep passion for Life was born on November 10, 2014 in Akure, the Ondo State, Nigeria. She loves to dance, play Chess, Act and Sing, She is an avid chess player, who has competed in prestigious competitions.
Mabel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, a young girl , who always look for ways to grow and learn.
THE GIRL CHILD
According to a report published by the United Nations (UN), many girls are still denied their rights, restricting their choices and limiting their futures, because of poverty and conflicts in some countries around the world.
There is no doubt that with the right Guidance, support, resources and opportunities, the potential of the world’s more than 1.1 billion girls is limitless. And when girls lead, the impact is immediate and wide reaching.
Also, Right activists have advocated the need to invest in proven solutions that will accelerate progress towards a future in which every girl can fulfil her potential.
MY SPECIAL DIARY AT TEN
As Mabel celebrates her 10th birthday, She is excited to explore new adventures and improve her skills in dancing, music and writing and this gave birth to this project, which aims to inspire other girls to pursue their dreams and overcome any obstacles that may come their way.
Mabel’s love for storytelling and her strong belief in using her talents to make the world a better place shines through in her writing. This is Mabel’s first book, but with her enthusiasm and dedication, it certainly won’t be her last.
