Renowned Nollywood actress and former beauty queen Princess Chineke has become the first Nollywood celebrity to enlist in the U.S. Army.
Known for her captivating performances in popular Nigerian films and her participation in the prestigious Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria pageant, Chineke is trading her life of glamour for the discipline and duty of military service.
The actress made the announcement on her social media platforms, sharing her pride in embracing this new chapter as a U.S. soldier.
In her heartfelt post, she declared: “I’m an American Soldier, a member of a team. We are the Army and proud of our name. I answered the call of service to my country, to serve the people of the United States. This I will defend. So help me God. God bless America. What God cannot do does not exist.”
