Egyptian star player Omar Marmoush set a new record in Manchester City as the player introduced himself with a 14 minutes a superb hat-trick. The Premier League defending champions thrashed in form Newcastle United to send Pep Guardiola’s side fourth in the Premier League.
Omar Marmoush, who joined Manchester City for £59m from German Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt rewarded the manager with goals. The player joined the club last month, introduced himself in style as he broke his scoring duck in style after four matches without a goal.

The player opened the scoring just 13 minutes into the game and 54 seconds later he took advantage of Kieran Trippier’s error and scored. Marmoush scored the third was a super striker from 10 yards. This was the fourth-quickest Premier League hat-trick by a Manchester City player.
Argentine striker Sergio Aguero was the last City player to score such, his was a nine-minute treble and it was in 2015. Marmoush is now the only African with such record in Manchester City jersey. The game ended 4-0 as substitute James McAtee scored City’s fourth.

While many thought this game was going to be very tough for City because of the Champions League return leg features they have next week.
They will be playing Real Madrid after losing 2-3 at home, so many thought they were going to rest some players. Pep Guardiola did not do that as he showed why he is the master of the game in the Premier League.
