The internet has been buzzing with images and videos from the grand wedding of Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian music star Juma Jux.
From extravagant décor to eye-popping outfits, the event was nothing short of a social media spectacle.
But amid all the glitz, Nigerian life coach Solomon Buchi has a sobering message for women: don’t let it pressure you—or your man.
Taking to his social media page, Solomon Buchi shared a heartfelt post directed at women who may be tempted to compare their love stories or wedding dreams with what they saw at the Priscilla-Jux celebration.
“As you celebrate Priscilla and Juma’s wedding, I hope you don’t burden someone’s son with obsessing and wanting that kind of wedding. I hope you only admire it from afar but are wise enough to know that you can’t have it that big and grand,” he wrote.

Buchi went further, stressing the importance of financial wisdom when planning weddings, especially in a world dominated by filtered realities and picture-perfect love stories on Instagram.
“I hope you don’t let the social media buzz pressure you. Some will have a parlour wedding, some will have a fairly decent wedding, some will wear two outfits, and others will wear 20 outfits, but let everyone be wise enough to cut their coat according to their cloth.”
