For years, speculation has swirled around Afrobeats queen Tiwa Savage and superstar Wizkid, with fans convinced the two were more than just friends.
Now, Tiwa Savage has finally set the record straight.In an interview that has since gone viral, the “Somebody’s Son” hitmaker firmly denied ever being romantically involved with Wizkid, despite their undeniable on-stage chemistry and close friendship.
Tiwa Savage revealed that she once dated a celebrity in the Nigerian music industry. According to her, the relationship was deliberately kept under wraps because her partner wanted to maintain a certain public image.
“He didn’t want anyone to know we were together,” she shared, adding that the man openly flirted with other women in public to protect his career persona.
