Diddy’s former personal chef, Jourdan Atkinson, has expressed deep disappointment and fear following the music mogul’s acquittal on the most serious charges in his federal sex trafficking trial.
Atkinson, who previously accused Diddy of abuse, took to Instagram after the verdict, calling the outcome “a grave miscarriage of justice.”
“I do not feel safe. I am extremely traumatized. I do not know where to go from here,” she stated in a video post accompanied by a lengthy caption.
Atkinson alleges she was assaulted by the Bad Boy Records founder in 2008 at his New Jersey estate. She also claimed she first learned about Diddy allegedly beating Cassie in 2009 and said she remained silent due to fear for both of their lives.
Her ordeal reportedly intensified when federal agents visited her in May, serving her with a grand jury subpoena to testify during the trial. According to her, the only reason she wasn’t called to testify was because she “flipped out on the government.”

Adding to her claims, Atkinson accused Diddy’s legal team of trying to interfere with her cooperation with authorities. She says they contacted her with an offer to cover her legal fees after the government’s visit—an action she describes as “witness tampering.”
In an open letter submitted to Judge Arun Subramanian, Atkinson pleaded for Diddy to remain behind bars and shared proof of her subpoena to further support her claims.
Despite being cleared of the most serious allegations, Diddy still faces significant legal consequences, as he was found guilty on two counts of transportation for prostitution, which carry potential jail time.
Atkinson’s emotional testimony on social media continues to fuel public outrage, with many questioning the fairness of the trial’s outcome.
