Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has called on fans to stop involving him in the longstanding feud between two of Nigeria’s biggest music stars, Wizkid and Davido.
In a heartfelt message shared on X (formerly Twitter), he expressed gratitude to both artists for their pivotal roles in his career.
Recounting a life-changing moment, Odumodublvck revealed how Wizkid’s support came at a critical time.
He said, “I was on my sickbed in Abuja; I almost lost my life. Only to wake up and see that Wizkid posted Declan Rice. It was the beginning of something new for me and my family.”
The rapper emphasized that Wizkid’s gesture had a profound impact on his life and career.
Similarly, he acknowledged Davido’s countless acts of kindness, describing the DMW boss as a generous figure who has supported not just him but also his family and crew.
“Moving on to those trying to put me against David, I have lost count of how many favors and things he has done for me. He is still doing more than I can even explain. You people will not succeed.”
Odumodublvck stressed that he would never betray the trust of either Wizkid or Davido. Urging fans to refrain from dragging him into unnecessary controversies, he said, “I have never been the one to bite the hand that feeds me, and I will never be that person. Never.”
By addressing his neutrality, the rapper hopes to redirect the narrative, focusing on his music and maintaining his relationships with both artists.
