It is more trouble for Arsenal as their forward Kai Havertz is set to miss the rest of the season. The German international suffered a hamstring injury during the team’s Dubai training camp. According to reports, the 25-year-old’s absence will leave the North club without a recognised striker until the end of the 2024-25 season.
Kai Havartz Injury, Big Problem for Arsenal
Kai Havartz first reported a torn hamstring and that his season was likely to be over, it was after examination that it was now discovered that it pretty bad. The former Chelsea player is expected to have a surgery after he flew back with the team on Tuesday.
Concerning that, Arsenal as a club is yet to make a comment publicly on the player’s injury. Head caoch Mikel Arteta will be asked about the extent of the injury at Friday’s news conference before his side take on Leicester City on Saturday.

Remember striker Gabriel Jesus also had surgery on an anterior cruciate ligament in his knee. Bukayo Saka has had surgery on a hamstring injury sustained in December as well. Gabriel Martinelli is also injured and out for “more than one month.” It is now more likely to say they should kiss the English Premier League goodbye.
Arsenal had the chance to sign Newcastle’s Alexander Isak, Wolves’ Matheus Cunha, Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko and Brighton’s Evan Ferguson but failed to do so. Fans already rained criticism on them stating that they need a striker but the coach did not listen.
